Archdiocese of Newark, NJ
Over the last number of years, Directors of Development across the country have faced increasing pressures to produce and provide better service to their organizations, as well as develop ways to keep their dedicated staffs happy and engaged in the mission.

This was the case with the Archdiocese of Newark, NJ. Mrs. Carla Repollet, Archdiocesan Director of Development, came to us last year in order to help provide ways for her office to be of better service and value to the parishes in the Archdiocese. She also wanted to provide and institute upward mobility in the office of development and greater professional development for her staff, thereby making them more valuable professionally and to the organization.

In the end, Millennium Consulting partnered with the Archdiocese of Newark to create an internal development program that satisfied all of their needs, while creating even greater opportunities for growth and development in that office. The Archdiocese of Newark is gifted with one of the most ethnically diverse staff in the country — a staff representative of the richness and diversity of the parishioners of the Archdiocese. Millennium Consulting hopes to continue to partner with the Archdiocesan Office of Development to find even better ways to create opportunities for staff development for parishes, schools, religious orders, and ministries of the Archdiocese of Newark.
