With over nine years in construction, Lauren Bucher has a proven track record of success as a senior estimator. Lauren is responsible for securing competitive bids, evaluating subcontractors based on the project’s specific needs, negotiating contracts, reviewing project scope and constructability, and keeping a tight grip on costs. She leverages her expertise alongside the preconstruction and senior project managers to lay the crucial groundwork for project success, including budget and planning. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology.

Her commitment to professional development is further evidenced by her certifications, such as the ASHE Healthcare Construction Workshop, Dale Carnegie’s Leadership Excellence Training, and OSHA 30 Certification. Lauren actively contributes to the industry through her leadership roles as Professional Development Committee Chair for the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) – South Central PA 386 (since 2020) and as an ACE Mentor for the Lancaster County Region (since 2020).
