Director of Coaching Services

Sue Politte, PCC, is an ICF credentialed coach, who enjoys assisting pastors, executive directors, development officers, leaders, and teams in taking actions that result in growth of their Christian ministry. Sue is president and owner of Success In Focus, coaching for focus and success, and is very pleased to be Director of Coaching Services with Kirby-Smith Associates.

Sue brings over 30 years of involvement with Christian ministries, churches, schools, and other non-profits; supporting and building up the body of Christ. Her Bachelor of University Studies degree, from OSU’s College of Engineering, uniquely combines engineering with business. Sue’s coaching, both individual leadership and teams, has included equipping staff with coaching skills to better accomplish the ministry, including financial and people arenas. Having taught in private Christian schools for over twelve years, Sue also understands the stewardship and growth issues of Christian schools. She has received coach training through International Coach Federation certified coaching schools, CoachU and Coaching4Clergy. Additional training, with ACO, has focused on special coaching techniques around organization, time management, execution, prioritizing and completion. Sue is also President of Success In Focus LLC coaching to gain and maintain success. Sue holds a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential from ICF.

Sue highly values the God given uniqueness of each individual and situation. She coaches to leverage God given strengths, so paths are run with committed purpose, with effective planning and implementation. With coaching, Sue’s clients focus on overcoming obstacles, developing and completing actions that bring the vision into reality. Sue’s clients tap into the contagious passion that encourages and empowers those in their organization.
